"FREE" JAZZ BRUNCH, SUN. MARCH 3, 2013
Come out, relax & enjoy (FREE) JAZZ BRUNCH: Sunday March 3rd, 2013 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm on Ft Lauderdale's scenic Riverwalk. You'll enjoy the soulful sounds of local Jazz musicians, bring your blanket, chairs, food & drinks and don't forget the dog! Food vendors, local artists & businesses are set-up all along the River. Don't forget to stop by the historic "New River Inn" for a tour of the first hotel built in Ft Lauderdale, in 1905 (1, 2 & 3 pm are the tour times). The $10.00 "docent guided tour", also includes the King Cromartie House and the replica School House. The support you provide to this non-profit, helps us continue the mission here at the Ft Lauderdale Historical Society! Thank you!!.

"New River Inn" on Ft. Lauderdale's Riverwalk
The first hotel built in Ft Lauderdale (1905). I have a table right outside the hotel (which now houses the Ft. Lauderdale History Center) on the New River (8/2009).
